These terms govern access to FireTag AI websites, trials, and paid subscriptions. By creating an account or downloading materials, you agree to them.
The service
We provide software to schedule, capture, verify, and report monthly visual inspections of portable fire extinguishers. The software is an operational aid. It is not legal advice, is not a certified fire-protection contractor, and does not replace annual maintenance or hydrostatic testing required by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.157 or NFPA 10.
Your responsibilities
You remain the employer responsible for workplace safety compliance. You must provide accurate asset data, complete inspections on time, take annual service through qualified vendors, and use reports as records — not as a guarantee that a regulator will find you in compliance.
Accounts and fees
Plans are billed monthly at the rates shown on the pricing page. Trials last 14 days unless extended in writing. You may cancel before renewal. We may suspend accounts that abuse AI verification, scrape the service, or violate law.
Intellectual property
We own the software, models, and site content. You own the inspection data you submit. You grant us a license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for fines, injuries, or damages arising from missed inspections, failed extinguishers, or regulatory outcomes. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
